Spareza OU, registration number 17074876, legal address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Karu tn 14-8, 1012, provides content on the Spareza website and sells goods in accordance with the delivery terms, return policy, and other applicable rules. By placing an order on spareza.com, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

When making a purchase on our website, it is considered that the parties are entering into a Distance Contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Tarbijakaitseseadus) and the Rules on Distance Contracts (Võlaõigusseadus).

If the order is placed by a client without full legal capacity, the responsibility for the purchase and payment of goods lies with their legal representative (parent or guardian). In such cases, order cancellation and refunds are not possible.

By creating an account on spareza.com, the client gains access to the conclusion of a Distance Contract. The purchase is considered completed upon payment of the order.

The Spareza website (hereafter referred to as the Website) is created and maintained by Spareza OU. The purpose of the Website is to provide customers with the opportunity to view the offered products and make purchases.
All materials published on the Website, including:

Logos,
Texts,
Photos and graphics,
Trademarks,
Videos and audio files,
Compilations, and other elements,
are the property of Spareza OU and its partners.
All information on the Website is protected by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia.
Any copying, modification, or reuse of the content on spareza.com, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
On the Spareza website, we offer spare parts for passenger cars and trucks, auto accessories, and tools (hereafter referred to as Products).

Spareza provides accurate and complete information about the technical specifications of the product, as well as the vehicle models it is compatible with.

If you have any questions about the compatibility of a product with your vehicle, we recommend contacting the support team before placing your order.

Spareza strives to provide the most accurate information about the available products on the website. However, Spareza cannot guarantee that the description fully and thoroughly reflects all product characteristics.

All products purchased on the website are covered by the manufacturer's warranty specified for the particular product (duration, scope, and conditions).

To exercise warranty rights, the buyer must fill out the return form included with each order and deliver it along with the product to the Company's office. Spareza staff will promptly send the product to the manufacturer for inspection. If the manufacturer confirms that the product does not meet quality standards, Spareza will refund your money. In case of rejection, the manufacturer will provide a reasoned explanation for their decision.
All prices on the Spareza website are listed in euros and include VAT.

For all delivery methods except self-pickup, Spareza charges a fee that depends on the delivery address. The total order cost, including the price of goods and delivery (VAT included), will be displayed before concluding the Distance Contract.

If the buyer is a legal entity with a valid VAT number or an individual/legal entity outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at the payment stage.

If the delivery cost cannot be calculated automatically, a Spareza manager will inform the buyer.

In case of discrepancies between the order cost and the price indicated on the website at the time of ordering, Spareza staff will contact the buyer to confirm the changes or cancel the order with the option to place it again. If the buyer cannot be reached, the order will be canceled, and the paid amount will be fully refunded.

In the event of order cancellation, a partial or full refund will be processed based on the currency exchange rate applicable on the day of order payment, not the day of the refund.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees that the electronic invoice prepared by Spareza is considered valid without the signatures of the parties.
The client has the right to withdraw from the Distance Contract within 30 days of receiving the product without providing any reasons. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a notification of the decision before the period ends.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must send the Company a clear statement about terminating the contract. The notification can be sent via email to: [email protected]. A sample withdrawal form is provided with each order and can be used for notification.

After sending the notification, the client must return the product within 14 days.

In the event of contract termination, the Company will refund the product cost to the client within 14 days of receiving the notification. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless the client requests an alternative method. No additional fees will be charged for the refund. The Company reserves the right to delay the refund until the product is received.

The client is responsible for any reduction in the product's value if it has been used for purposes other than verifying its properties and functionality. If traces of use, damage, dirt, or assembly are detected, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and without signs of use.
In the event of claims or actions by third parties related to violations of terms, errors, or warranty obligations, the client assumes responsibility for compensating any damage or losses.
All disputes arising between the parties of the Distance Contract or during website authorization are resolved through negotiations.

If an agreement cannot be reached, the buyer (consumer) has the right to file a claim in court at the place of registration of Spareza OU (Republic of Estonia) or at their place of residence. Spareza may file claims only in courts located within the European Union.

The client also has the right to contact the Consumer Protection Center to defend their interests.
By using the Spareza website, the client confirms their agreement that these Terms and Conditions constitute the current and complete agreement between them and Spareza.

The company reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions by updating them on the website with the date of the last modification. All changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the website after the terms are updated signifies the client’s acceptance of the new rules.

Spareza has the right to revoke or amend any rights granted under these Terms. The client is obligated to comply with the changes or restrictions from the moment they come into effect, including ceasing the use of the website if necessary.

No provisions of this agreement establish a partnership or other legal relationship between the client and Spareza. These Terms and Conditions are the property of Spareza and apply to all website users, even if they are not affirmed by a specific legislative act.
