Warranty cases:
- Manufacturing defects identified during inspection
- The auto part was installed in an official authorized service center of the manufacturer
Non-warranty cases:
- Incorrect installation of the auto part on the vehicle
- Installation in a non-official authorized service center of the manufacturer
- Use of low-quality fuel (for auto parts related to the fuel system)
- Damage caused during operation (e.g., car accidents or similar incidents)
By confirming the order, the customer automatically agrees to our Terms of Service.
In case of external damage:
When receiving the package, inspect it for any damage.
Report any damage to the exterior of the package to the delivery company.
In case of internal damage:
If the product inside the package is damaged or part of the order is missing, notify Spareza staff within 10 business days.
You can create a new return request in your personal account under the Returns section, specifying the reason as "damaged/incomplete product."
