Depending on the payment provider, device and country, the secure payment page may offer the following methods.

Bank transfer and approved payment terms
Bank transfer
If bank transfer is enabled for your account, choose it at checkout and use the payment instructions provided with the order.
Pay by invoice
Customers with approved payment terms may see an invoice payment option linked to their account.
Do not send a transfer without an order reference.
The payment must be linked to the correct order. Use only the details and reference supplied with your order.
VAT and invoices
VAT display
Use the VAT selector in the site menu to view prices including or excluding VAT where available.
Final calculation
The checkout calculates the applicable VAT and shows it separately in the order summary. If the applicable VAT is zero, the summary displays zero.
Company purchase
Enter the correct company and billing information during checkout so it can be used for order documents.
Invoice
The invoice reflects the confirmed order, billing details, payment method and applicable tax calculation.
Payment status and failed payments
Payment completed
The order can proceed after the successful payment status is received.
Payment pending
Some payments require additional processing. Do not place a duplicate order while the status is being updated.
Payment failed or cancelled
Return to checkout and try an available method again, or contact support with the order number.
Your card details stay with the payment provider
Spareza does not ask you to enter card details directly on the store checkout page. Online payment is completed on the connected secure payment providerโs page.

After confirming the order details, you are redirected to the external secure payment page. Card details are not entered or stored on the Spareza checkout page.
Why is bank transfer not shown?
Bank transfer is an account-based payment option. It appears only when it has been enabled for the customer account.
Where can I see VAT?
The order summary shows the applicable VAT separately before payment, together with products, delivery and the final total.
