How to place an order
A brief guide on methods for searching products on the Spareza website is described below.

First method to find the required part: Enter the part number or its name in the search bar.

How to find the part number:

  • Confirm the part number with the auto service that will install it
  • Find the number using your vehicle’s VIN in an online catalog
  • Check the number on the removed part from your vehicle
  • Contact our support service

Second method to find the required part: Enter the characteristics of your vehicle, and the system will automatically filter parts suitable for your car.

Products in our online store have two statuses:

  • In Stock (for such products, the shipping date from our warehouse is also specified)
  • Out of Stock (this status means that the product is not available in our warehouse or the supplier's warehouse. However, you can send a request for this product, and we will inform you whether it will become available—if its production has not been discontinued—and when it will be available).

In the Spareza online store, there are three ways to check the compatibility of the desired product with your vehicle:

  1. On the product page, you will immediately see whether the product matches the specifications of your vehicle if you have already entered the vehicle's technical details.
  2. If the vehicle has not been selected yet, the system will prompt you to enter your vehicle's data to see the compatibility results with the chosen vehicle.
  3. In the Compatibility section, search for your vehicle in the list of vehicles that the specific part fits.

Once you place an order, detailed information about it will be available in the personal account of registered and authorized users, including:

  • Delivery and payment details
  • Order status updates, where you can see:
    • Order Accepted: The order is confirmed by the manager (after checking the availability of the part with the manufacturer).
    • In Progress: The order is on its way to our warehouse from the manufacturer or supplier.
    • Ready to Ship: The order has been packed by our staff and is waiting for the logistics team to pick it up for delivery to you.
    • Dispatched: The order has been shipped.
    • Completed: The order has been received by the customer or canceled (e.g., if the part is no longer produced).

Unregistered and unauthorized users can also check their order status by clicking Order Status and entering the order details: Order ID and the order email.
